UI - UX
I started my studies at the University of Milan enrolling in Media and Communication. During the course, I developed an interest in design - one of the core modules, which prompted me to later attend the University of Florence. Here, I undertook a degree in Industrial Design, resulting in a first class honours Bachelors degree.
With a strong background in both print and digital media, I prefer to follow a strategic approach. First, I identify the brand’s strengths and weaknesses as well as getting to know the company culture. I then research the audience, the competition, and the current market in order to get a better perspective of the company.
With creativity surging through my brain 24/7, I am easily able to come up with new solutions even if that entails learning new technologies to achieve my goals. At every possible opportunity, I look to develop my skills and advance my knowledge. I truly believe that the key to success is to have a “can do” attitude, always.
With over 7 years of experience as a Graphic and Web Designer, I have worked across a variety of sectors including property, IT, finance, and media for businesses of various sizes, from startups to established companies. This experience has allowed me to enhance my skills so that I can provide a multitude of design solutions to suit my client’s needs.
As a dedicated and passionate individual, I like to define myself as a highly conceptual designer with a unique approach to creating content and designs.
This step includes information gathering to organise everything and plan my approach so that everything can be completed on time.
After the requirements gathering phase, I focus on specific areas including the following: Defining the target, researching the competitors, designing mood boards for the product and then scheduling the project tasks in detail
The easiest way to visualise both my ideas and that of my clients is to sketch and that is what I initially begin with as it’s quite important that we are both on the same page. This is also an opportunity to share opinions and improving ideas so that the final project can be even better than requested.
When the main idea has been finalised, I then design a prototype version in order for my clients to have a tangible example of what the final outcome will look like. The prototype is usually a temporary printed file, a screen flow or a simple mock-up.
When the prototype is confirmed and the client is happy with it, I finalise the project by testing my creations a number of times. Once my client has approved the final version, I then release it.

I developed a new skill in the video production.
So I recorded several shots and put them together with Adobe Premiere and adding some effects with After Effects. It turned out that I love it! So I made another video for a recruitment company. You can see all my last video on my portfolio.
